Womenspecific.com would like to welcome Andrea Reichert to our great team of guest bloggers and writers. This article, Disordered Eating and the Athlete, is some food for thought. This is a topic that is very important to learn about and recognize. Our bodies and health are the most important factor in our lives. Without good health we jeopardize our existence with the outdoors. Be wise in your training. Treat your body right!
